	<title>Countrywide Home Loans</title>
	<description>Yow!
Who ever thought there would be a lender completely throwing open their doors and offering quality home loans to virtually any and every applicant? Sure we always dreamed of such a lender, but those stuffy banks would never let their hair down and invite the bad credit, low income masses into their select mortgage clubs.

Countywide home loans are not your usual loan
But what's this? Countrywide home loans are purposely made available the disadvantaged applicant - at affordable rates and terms that don't break your back or lock you up in chains? How awesome! How smart! And how crazy when Countrywide began:

Before Countrywide there simply wasn't a low income nationwide lender, and home buyers were left to suffer through impossibly high rates or costly points.
Countrywide saw the millions of applicants looking for an affordable home loan, and they made it happen - despite credit and despite minimal incomes people could qualify for an affordable Countrywide home loan.
When national rates decline the number of people applying for Countrywide loans increases - they are the affordable, opportune choice for a home hungry America!

So what if Countrywide falls behind when it comes to home equity loans or refinancing opportunities? Without Countrywide opening up their doors and letting everyone party down millions of hard working Americans would still be renting, would still be living in a world of costly, worthless rent.
